How to place an order:   Simply phone or fax the numbers above before

  2pm for next day delivery. Alternatively you can email your

  order via the Place an Order tab above.  

Van Sales Operation:  We operate a traditional van sales operation as well as

  the standard telesales and delivery service or in some  

  cases, a combination of the two.

Telesales information:   We can set you up on our schedule to call you on the

  days and times you require – please ask for details.

Order Times:   01202 892662 is on Answer Service between 5pm and

  8am Mon – Fri and Saturdays and Sundays. Orders on

  the answerphone can in most cases be processed for

  next day delivery. Some products require more than one

  days notice, or may need to be ordered before a certain

  time.

Minimum order values:  £40. A delivery carriage charge will be made for small

  orders.

Delivery area:  We currently operate a fleet of vans with dual

    temperature compartments for all our foodservice

  products in the following counties: Dorset, Somerset,

  Wiltshire, Hampshire and Sussex with a tele-sales

  service elsewhere. Please contact us for further

  information concerning your area.

Delivery times:   We deliver 5 days a week, usually between 5am and

  3pm. Please note that we cannot guarantee a

  specific time due to weather and traffic.

Payment:   You should pay the driver COD. Alternatively you may

  apply for a credit account by requesting a credit

  application form.
